Programme Description:

At GAFV we have opportunities for everyone to volunteer safely in different countries, and to make a difference. This role is a unique opportunity to give your time, skills, and knowledge to a hospital in Ghana in a vital support role. Efficient, careful clerical work done well makes a huge difference to the work loads and outcomes of the hospital. You could well be involved in checking people in, supporting Drs and nurses, and a range of other tasks that depend on reliable and committed approaches to work.

Whatever you will be doing, you will be immersed in the experience of Ghana, and health care, under the guiding supervision of the local programme directors who themselves are qualified medical professionals, DRs and Nurses, working in the hospitals and clinics.

In your free time you will have opportunity to visit the beaches, key tourist sites such as the coastal slave forts, and nature parks.
